Untrained loaders ruined several pieces of furniture, metal rolling carts, freezer, and storage tubs because they did not wrap furniture correctly and loaded too much weight on top of furniture and other items. When our items arrived in Texas, we were shocked to see damaged property due to Northwest Movers untrained loaders. We have used other moving companies to load and unload our property and never had this experience. A damage claim will be filed through Movinghelp.com.

Poor communication. Last minute rescheduling, Sent three young kids one was 15 without discussing then expected more money. The tall one was seemed to be in charge but whined the most. The middle kid was the most useful and strongest, the young 15 year old did his best.I paid for 2 people 4 hours. Sent a text after asking for more money after they were only here 3.5 hours Drama. Don’t recommend. It was stressful throughout.

The movers were great. Efficient and quick. Took care of my things and are extremely hard workers. I would highly recommend working with them. They were flexible and even stayed an extra an hour when the job turn was longer than I predicted.
