I ordered 2-hour labor and they arrived 2 hours late. So by the time they came it should’ve long been finished, which actually didn’t even take 1 hour. Communication was poor. Initially they told me they had another job in a nearby city and could arrive on time, then seemed to vanish in the middle of nowhere. I had to call and text the owner multiple times (he either was in a place with poor signal reception or just hanged me up), and finally was told they went to a wrong address. (And it took you 2 hours to get back on track?) The loading and unloading were good and worry-free. But overall it was upsetting. To be honest I didn’t pay to hear excuses for disrupting my schedule on a work day. If you got the other job before mine you could’ve let me know and we start at a later time. If you got the other job after mine and it caused my delay, well I don’t know what to say. And going to the wrong address or whatever reason for a 2-hour delay is just unprofessional. Already tipped in cash.

I called to ask for help bringing furniture downstairs and received help early the next morning. The 2 young men were friendly, fast & professional. This app review asked if I would like to tip them, but I already gave both a cash tip for their Excellent service!
