Overall these guys did a fantastic job. They worked hard from arrival to finish. They helped take down a mounted TV, disassemble bed frames, etc. We are both disabled, so having quality help is very important to us. My only complaint (and I dint know how the system works exactly) but the night I made the reservation I got a request to add an hour to the job. I had not had any communication from them about the job, so I thought it was strange that they would request that without talking to me about the details of the job first. Once we connected via phone call, we had great communication about everything.
