I was very grateful they were so accommodating to my delays. But when the movers arrived 10 minutes earlier than we agreed upon before I even got there, they texted saying, 'Well, the clock starts now,' which only added stress to an already stressful day. Also, the movers were a bit slow, taking their time. And they didn't handle my boxes with much care, not setting the boxes down gently and putting several of them upside down (even though they were labeled and had arrows), so a few of my bottles leaked through the boxes. Also, they broke a glass lamp that I was very attached to. My friend and I had to HELP them carry items from the truck to my apartment, which was a little annoying. I gave them a $50 cash tip because of how late in the evening it was, but I don't think I'd hire them again because the labor itself was lacking.

Anthony and P both provided exceptional moving and customer service. When they arrived they got right to work. I was very impressed with their moving skills, and knowledge of how to gently move oddly shaped furniture. I highly recommend this company, and I would hire them again. Thank you!
