I had a washer-dryer to be moved up a floor of stairs. The washer was about 50 pounds. The mover never asked if I had any appliances. The movers who showed up had been nagging all along about what they could and could not do. I was scared to ask them about moving my sofa set downstairs and am repenting for not having it moved to the right location. Had worked with many movers in the past. Never anything like this
