I've tipped via Venmo. The overall experience was good, but the 2 hours and 40 minutes late start was an issue. Could have drastically helped if we were told in advance about the delay instead of keeping us waiting

I was asked to provide a 2 hour window for the movers to show up. 10am to 12pm, which I've never had to do before when hiring movers. Then, they arrived an hour and a half past the window they agreed to. I was told the movers would call me when they were on their way. I never received a call. The two guys who came to help were very nice, but there was zero communication that they would be late. I texted the dispatch number around 11.30am and got no response. After 12pm, I called and was told that the movers would be an hour late. They arrived at 1.20pm and I was left scrambling to get my moving truck back to U-Haul in time to not be charged for having the truck overnight. Because they didn't show up on time, I had to leave items behind that I now have to go back and get on another day. Had I known they would be late, I could have made a trip with some smaller items before they arrived but I was sitting around waiting with no communication. Great dudes but not a great experience.

Showed up right on time and quickly moved our stuff from fourth-floor apartment to ground floor via freight elevator. Packed the truck well, no damage to anything when we unloaded. Professional, friendly, helpful, highly recommend! Thanks PJ and Jordan!
