Ohana Movers

One of the movers damaged my dresser by sticking the dolly underneath the side of it, instead of lifting up the dresser and putting it on the dolly. I think it was because they were trying to unload my truck quickly and in one hour even tho I booked and paid for 2 hours in advance. They told me they have someone else scheduled after me and need to get to that one! Lifting up heavy furniture is a two persons job, not one person and a dolly while the other one is taking the rest inside. When I asked them to pick up the furniture and put them on the dolly moving forward so it won't damage my furniture, he got pretty rude and told me it already was like that even tho I was watching him do that. They wanted to get it done fast and did not care about my property. Overall, not a good experience.

The movers were two hours late which prevented me from returning the truck on time. The movers left a heavy box in the cab that we had to work to unload ourselves.

These guys were great! Arrived right on time and loaded the truck fast and carefully packed every inch of space. Absolutely maximized the time and space I had. Also unloaded quickly and efficiently. Nothing was broken, scuffed or damaged. I'll absolutely hire them again.
