I contacted the owner a few days before the move to ask if their company could do the packout of my home as well as loading it. He said yes they could, I told him it was a large home and he said he could have three people there which would include himself. On packout day they arrived early and he said I would receive a professional packout service and everything would be done right. I showed him what had to be packed into the 26 ft Uhaul on both levels of the house. Needless to say he knew what he was doing the other two movers did not. They both appeared to be straight out of highschool and had to be directed almost the entire time during packout. They were unorganized and did not have a system down to pack a house. They loaded the uhaul inefficiently leaving spaces and did not fit everything in. The load was unsafe, I hired another company who downloaded and reloaded the uhaul and fit the entire house in. That company brought everything from the lower level and safely packed it.

Devon was quick to confirm the moving date and time. He followed up the morning of the move. The movers were on time and professional. Caedyn and Haiden did an excellent job being careful moving my items. Everything was packed well with no damaged items. Caedyn and Haiden listened to my instructions and followed them. Both were very kind and positive and using D11 Moving made the experience pleasant. I would highly recommend D11 Moving when you need assistance.

Very nice job unloading a uhaul truck into our new house! They took the time to ask where every box should be unloaded and were very careful with most items. They did leave a couple of small dings in my new walls, so I will have to do some touch ups in the paint, but they were very quick and got the job done in less time than expected. Thank you D11 for helping us move into our new house!

These guys were very careful and courteous with all of my furniture. They took the time to load and unload everything from my uhaul, and I even asked them to do it twice with no complaints. They were top notch dollar well spent. Thanks guys, you made my move seamless!
