I will say that there was quite a mixup with the services I paid for. I secured a load and unloading for 3 hours and we had to make 2 trips for loading and unloading and the unloading location was 4 miles from my house. It was just a weird interaction. Ben and Bo were really great though.

Bo and Jarren were quick and capable. Their loading experience helped me trust their suggestions. They even helped me shimmy my 26ft truck so I could exit my driveway easier when I left. I’m so grateful for them. Working on the phone with Heidi was a breeze. She was so understanding.

One guy was new and didn’t have much experience loading and unloading. My family and brother helped to move as well. My only recommendation is that when you send guys over for loading and unloading then those guys should be expert and should know what they are doing. The other guy was great and he knew what he was doing and we are glad at least one guy was experienced. Because of lack of experience one guy was struggling and trying his best to get the job done. I would still recommend their service as they were very professional!
