The movers left before the job was done. I asked at the beginning of the move if I would be able to add time if we ran over the scheduled 3 hours, I was told that would be no problem. At 2.5 hours they informed me that they had another job to go to and wouldn't be able to finish unloading the truck. I spent the next 5 hours unloading the truck myself. I will never work with hilltop again.
