Appointments that go OVER scheduled time pay 1.5x rate with 2-hour min ext. We can NOT provide any moving materials. Speciality items that weigh over 250lbs cost extra between 50-600. Identify items to us so we can give you a price. We do NOT come with a truck
We booked fairly last minute and over a holiday, and they were able to accommodate us which was greatly appreciated. The two men who helped us out were nice, and worked efficiently, making sure our heaviest items were moved in the allotted time. We had some issues with communication between us and the movers, likely due to the holiday, which is understandable. We tried to make a change during the holiday and it didn't get relayed in time to the movers, so we happily paid for their extra travel time despite it meaning our truck wasn't entirely emptied. They were the third of 3 moving companies hired for this move and they were the least prepared (other two had their own dollies and hand trucks). They damaged two of the doors in our new place and no discount was offered. They also brushed off our suggestions on how to handle the heavy furniture, nearly causing injuries.

The team was professional and moved quickly. They originally showed up short a few people. The owner and his team showed up later and stayed until the job was done, past the paid 2 hours. Definitely recommend this crew.
