I hired them to load and unload. From the very first call he was rude and wanted me to hire another company to load and then they would come unload. I told him no I hired them. He refused to give a definite time so scheduling was difficult. I put all the details in my order request including we were moving out of a second floor apartment into a third floor apartment. He charged me an additional $60 saying he didnt know about the thirds floor. Overall this was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The first guy showed up late, didn’t say anything, and then the second one showed up an hour late and never said anything. The first guy didn’t do anything until the second guy showed up and then when the second guy did show up, he walked slower than me and dragged in the entire time & I’ve got a bum knee and a pulled groin muscle. They were lazy and did not complete the job. They will waste your time and money nor will they care.

They made a few comments on not getting a dolly, when I picked up the uhaul they didn't ask if we needed it. Plus we've had movers not even use the dolly to move boxes. I also told them to put our mini fridge standing up, they put the door down and backside up. I also said that the painting we've had for years goes last and on top. They decided to put our camping tent and canopy on TOP of my painting which resulted in a tear and warped painting. I was not happy to see that. We had weights and they made comments if we actually used them...we said of course. Seemed like they were making bad comments to us. Just overall okay service they were quick but unnecessary comments and did not listen to what I wanted them to do. I hope the owner sees this review and contact us about our experience.
