Appointments that go OVER scheduled time pay 1.5x rate with 2-hour min ext. We can NOT provide any moving materials. Speciality items that weigh over 250lbs cost extra between 50-600. Identify items to us so we can give you a price. We do NOT come with a truck

This was the worse moving experience I've had! They showed up an hour late to the 2 hour window timeframe that I was given. Then once his guys showed up, one had an injured foot & leg and the other one was really old. The two movers were extremely slow and very unprofessional, complaining to me about the owner and how he doesn't pay them enough to do this work. Then after them being there, for about 1 hour, they decided they were going to leave and be done with my job and I was to wait for the owner to come back and assist with the move. Then once I got moved, and had to pay about $750.00 more than what I originally paid - I had a broken entertainment stand, a broken ottoman, and holes ripped down the backside of my recliners. The owner lied about making sure the items were in the correct rooms and just dumped stuff in the garage. I asked the owner what can be done about all the damage and his response was that's about a $20.00 fix on Amazon. HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!
