Chris and team were amazing. Absolute professionals, organized everything for us, and are very efficient. I would absolutely hire them again and wished I had them on the other side of our move!

Chris and Dylan (sp) are exceptional. I got a call from Chris right after booking, coordinating my move over a month in advance. I got a call a week before, day before, and day-of to assure me that everything was going according to plan. The pair showed up 30 minutes early and moved quickly enough that they had time to get everything done and help me out with some furniture. Got everything in with no damage, even getting a bed frame, a large desk, and a shelf up a pretty narrow 90-degree set of two flights of stairs. I expected some small scratches on the wall and was pleasantly surprised by their absence. I would not use any other service.

When you hire Lost & Found Movers on this platform and are told you are initially being charged for two movers for two hours, the reality with this company is that you are actually getting 1.25 people’s worth of help for two hours and will be left needing to do it yourself or left to pay additional fees to get the job done. Chris, who is the primary contact for Lost and Found, stands there running his mouth nonstop doing little to no work. He damaged some of my furniture as well, and fed me a line of nonsense instead of taking responsibility. His employee, Dillon, quietly and carefully does all of the work, Dillon gets 5 stars, Chris gets no stars. I cannot recommend Lost and Found Movers with Chris showing up under the guise of doing any real work. Suggest to select another option for moving help.
