I initially had concerns due to the lack of communication before the scheduled date, as I had to chase them down for confirmation. However, the team that came to pack our garage seemed professional and efficient, which gave me confidence to hire them for our move. Unfortunately, that decision turned into a nightmare. They arrived 2.5 hours late on moving day and left mid-move, leaving me waiting another 3 hours for a replacement crew. While the second crew did a better job, they came unprepared—no pads, plastic wrap, or proper tools despite assurances otherwise. My furniture wasn’t padded or wrapped, and they secured drawers with tape instead of using the ample plastic wrap I provided. They seemed clueless about disassembling furniture, which added to the chaos. What started as a promising experience spiraled into one of the worst moving days imaginable. I cannot recommend this company.

They were careful, fast, accurate, and helpful. Our elevators aren’t working so they had to haul things down 5 floors by the stairs, and still got done faster than I expected. Great job!
