Appointments that go OVER scheduled time pay 1.5x rate with 2-hour min ext. We can NOT provide any moving materials. Speciality items that weigh over 250lbs cost extra between 50-600. Identify items to us so we can give you a price. We do NOT come with a truck

Wow, I am SO glad I found these guys. They were fast, strong, safe, and respectful of our things. They packed our u-boxes all the way, so no space was left unused. This was such an easy and painless process. I only wish that they could be there when we arrive at our new city, they were that wonderful and easy to work with. They called before they arrived, called when they got here, and checked with us before they left just to see if we had anything left for them to load up. I'd hire them again in an instant! They finished early (because I overestimated how long to book them), but I want you guys to keep the change and consider that your tip, we won't be trying to get the cost difference back with U-Haul because we would have tipped, anyway. Thank you. I'm recently disabled, and this pack out would not have happened without you!

Very friendly, very efficient, great communication. The one overall comment I would make would be to be more mindful of furniture and fragile things. For instance, taking drawers out of dressers so that they don't slide around and potentially break their runners (which is exactly what happened.) The movers were overzealous about doing things so quickly that they didn't take out drawers. The rail had snapped because taking it down the stairs the drawers had been sliding in and out because they didn't take the time to remove them in the first place. On the same note, the treatment of boxes marked fragile and do not crush items. They're marked that way for a reason. Tossing around boxes in an effort to make things quick isn't how a good mover does things. I have generations old china and your movers treated it like it was a replaceable $15 set from Walmart, even though it was marked as Fragile and Do Not Crush. Outside of consideration for the fragility of property, they were great.
