Our movers were very friendly and communicated well with us during the move. Very strong and skilled at maneuvering heavy furniture through, hallways, doorways, and stairs. Nate and team worked hard the day of our scheduled move. I had ordered 8 UBoxes and we ended up needing 4 more to complete the job, and Nate and his team stayed late and came back the next day to finish the job. They were very careful with some special antigue items I had, and jumped in everywhere to help get everything out of the house. Nate and his team were very helpful and positive throughout the day.

Movers were polite and quick. I wish that the pre-paid time could be refunded if not used; it is challenging to estimate the exact time of the moving labor services needed. I am not including a tip simply because the 2 movers got paid for 1 more hour than they worked, and there is no way to refund that hour.
