They dropped a custom piece of furniture (not heavy or awkward) and the owner insinuated it was our fault because it was not wrapped in a moving blanket. Even though a moving blanket would had done nothing with wood dropped on concrete. They offered $45 as compensation for a $900 piece. Will never use this company again and do not recommend to anyone. We have used moving companies several times in the last couple years and not once was anything damaged except for this time. Terrible experience. Do not recommend!
