Ready Movers were phenomenal from start to finish. They took to time to understand everything that was getting moved. The guys that showed up were on time even though GPS sent them to the wrong lactation, but that was not their fault as GPS had not been updated to the new apartment complex. The movers were polite, curious, and took the time to ensure every piece of furniture and boxes were placed in the correct room. They got done early and asked if there was anything else that needed to be done before they left. I will definitely be requesting their help again and letting my friends and family know to be requesting them also.

The movers were super friendly and efficient! They were careful with my belongings which I appreciated. I wasn't sure what my ETA would be at my final destination, but they made it really easy to communicate with them about that so we both would show up at my final destination at the same time - just overall very flexible and easy to work with them.

The guys that showed up were very helpful, and went above and beyond helping to take my couch apart when I couldn’t have it completed before they arrived. The only complaint I have is that part way through loading they realized that there was going to be too much weight at the back, so they said they were going to move the couch because it was not very heavy. I continued with what I was doing and assumed that is what happened. However when I drive away the trailer was swaying all over. I drive 120 miles, not able to go over 50 mph. When I finally arrived to unload, I found that the couch was not moved, and all of the weight was at the back, which I’m sure was the reason for the swaying. I’ve driven trailers exactly the same with my belongings before and never had this happen. I’m not upset, and I understand that unloading would have taken more time. It’s good knowledge to have though, as loading the weight incorrectly can be a safety issue for the driver.

Ready movers were nice people but they rushed to go to a concert and some stuff was not packed right in the back and fell. Also, they did not leave enough room for the rest of my items that had to go on the truck a few days later and I had to leave some stuff behind. Overall, I was upset about the move. Customers come first before concert. I told them I needed more room. They were nice people though.
