I-Movers did a great job scheduling my move but on the day of move their communication & work was just ok. They were great in scheduling changes prior to days of service. I ordered 2 movers for 3 hours & they arrived on time & brought 2 movers & 1 manager. On the day of service, communication was lacking. I had to manage them & stand outside to direct them. The manager was not very communicative & he seemed to not want to be there. He did help to move items but was the worst one & he dropped my TV! If you choose them be sure you are 100 percent present to be with the movers to put things in the correct places & not cut corners or drop items. If you have young kids, be sure to have someone available to watch the kids so you can manage & direct the movers. This company did NOT unwrap furniture items. For a 5BR 3BATH house with stairs (one big truck load or 6 UBoxes), it took 3 hours to unload with 3 movers. They did an ok job in three hours but not great or fantastic.

A big THANK YOU to the moving team of Tyler and Michael. They were friendly, cheerful, professional, and very accommodating. Although the heat and the humidity was horrible they worked hard to get the job done in the time allotted. I would definitely recommend I Movers to my friends & family. Thank you!

Jeremy and Tony were great! Very nice and professional. They were very efficient with wrapping up glass and covering furniture, so nothing was damaged on the way. They took their time to move things to make sure everything fit in the truck and that nothing would shift around during the drive.
