I was NOT happy with this experience at all. I was expecting a team that had the physical ability to handle this job. It was a mother and son duo. Let’s just say I was absolutely livid that I had to help them move. The whole point of me hiring movers is so that I don’t have to lift a finger. I have a bad back, for this experience I could have just done it myself and asked a friend or someone to help. When I got to the sight they dropped my new chairs on the floor. They were slow, nice people but it took them way longer than it should have and if I wasn’t involved to help it, would have taken double the time. As upset as I was it was way too late to try and find additional help or another company. If you’re going to use this company be prepared for it to take a long time. Slow pace, and your stuff to get dropped from time to time.

Very disappointed, I tried to contact them multiple times to confirm things and they would not return my call. When they showed up all I could smell was marijuana. They had no idea on how to wrap and or pack things in a trailer. We did the bulk of the work and ended up managing all the aspects of the loading. Don't hire this operation.

Agreed the night before to have the movers on location at noon. Received a phone call at 11 15 to confirm a 2 pm move time. After a brief argument it was settled on 1 pm. At 1 22 pm they finally arrived and not what I expected for professional movers. If I didn't a crew of family there to help we wouldn't have been covered into our house. They failed to have the physical ability to lift several items and lacked a team lift on most everything. Wouldn't recommend these folks to anyone.
