Movers called and let us know they would be about 30 minutes late, then they called and were at the wrong location even though they confirmed the correct location the night before- so it was over an hour late before the actually arrived. They worked extremely slow- they needed a lot reminders to keep moving and did not want to move the heavy items but that was what we specifically hired them for. We also found many items damaged, our walls have gouges and paint missing, our table has dents and our bed and dresser has chips in it. Boxes and bins were asked to be put nicely by the storage area and they were tossed and things are blocking the fridge and the tv is broken. Very upset with the services.

Movers were late to the time I was quoted . They were supposed to be there at 1230 they got there at 116 , I was flexible since their previous job was running late. They left two pieces I asked them to put in the dumper in the underground parking lot in someone’s parking spot . They left my sisters dolly outside. Pieces of my dresser were left in my room after I had asked them to put it in the uhaul . They originally were fast and helpful. But since they came late I had to leave to get my child from school. I was unhappy when I came back to find out these things were gone or missing and left behind. When I contacted someone from the company they said they would send someone out to for free to help but they didn’t get me a time or a date and I had to have the uhaul back at a certain time , which forced me to have to unload it into storage myself . Asked about refund

Everything was excellent except on the job. Only one person was working hard. The other guy was not interested in working. He was just standing around doing nothing. Poor experience.

The movers contacted me prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way. They were friendly, respectful, and efficient. They completed the job early and offered additional assistance. It wasn't needed, but I was truly grateful for their friendliness, efficiency, and care. I provided a cash tip.
