Quick to establish a connection and respond to questions and offered great tips on how to make the best use of their time. Amazing customer service day of move, too, and suggested how best to finish the truck without them! So wish I had just paid for an extra hour when I booked! U-Haul makes it sound like movers can just stay longer if you need them. Well, if they’re good they’ve got multiple jobs booked and the 2 hours you bought cannot suddenly become 3. And these guys are GOOD! Would absolutely book again with them!!
