We asked Rob to stop and wait for us to place a blanket under a piece of furniture we were afraid would be scratched. Rob had difficulty following our verbal direction and became defensive when we cautioned him to please follow our directions. He and his brother were very polite following this event, however reviewing what happened at the end of their scheduled time, he again needed to be reminded to be a better listener to his customers' requests. He did apologize profusely. These young men were hard workers, nonetheless and I believe they will take this lesson to heart.
