BEWARE THE BAIT AND SWITCH. I booked this job 3 weeks in advance and called the owner twice to confirm details. The job was to load two U-haul containers. On the day of the job, IN THE MIDDLE OF PACKING, the owner called the 2 guys doing the loading and said that I had not paid the correct amount, that charges for loading and unloading containers are MORE than just loading and unloading. I was pressured to pay the supposed difference of $75 in cash and that I could verify the difference online. In the middle of a stressful move, I didn't have time to verify online, so I paid the difference. Later I saw that there was NO OPTION under their services pertaining to U-haul containers. The guys helping out were efficient, but they had to be asked to load the last Changing the pricing midway through a job is not acceptable. The owner had plenty of time to communicate with me about pricing so that I could have elected to continue or find anotheR option. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

MKE moving in Milwaukee Wisconsin (owner Tyrone Ellis) referred by U-Haul. All of my diamond rings went missing after they were in my house! Contacted owner, with no response other than, sorry it happened. Filed police report but did not help in resolving issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE THEIVES AND DO NOT RETURN MISSING RINGS. He did not offer to reimburse or anything. He did fire or put on leave one of the workers.

After seeing how they loaded the truck some of our items were broken and or damaged based on how they loaded the truck. They didn’t use the space, and packed our mirrors on the bottom of everything. I don’t recommend them

Poor communication when scheduling, they arrived 15 minutes late, somehow broke my bar cart while unloading it, and were rude to other residents in the building.

These guys were amazing. Showed up on time. They worked hard and fast. We had a full 10x30 storage unit and they powered through it. They took care to handle all our belongings as if they were there own. I would hired them again no questions asked.
