I’ve hired movers off of movinghelp many times and have never had issues. These ones were unprofessional and inefficient. They told me it may take longer than the allotted time because they’re different and take care of their customers things. It’s always taken 2 hours, but this move took 4 and I helped a lot. They broke both a lamp and my $200 printer because they picked it up from the scanner top, before getting defensive and telling me it was already like that (it wasn’t- I used it the night before). They were a couple that spent the entire time bickering. While the man was moving, the woman mostly supervised him, following him when he had a dolly, etc. I carried several of my heavier items. They hooked up my washer but forgot the drain hose- causing my entire kitchen to flood with the first load of wash. Also, they use the name of a reputable company that they have no affiliation with. Overall, bad experience. I would not recommend them.
