Showed up 1 hour late after we scheduled them 1 month in advance, then messaged us night before to change the schedule, still charged for 5 hours Which included the hour they were non-existent AKA Late. Told us we didn't feed or water them during a 4 hour unload and complained about everything. also, refused to listen to the customers request which was simply to keep wardrobe boxes and fishing equipment accessible. Instead, they buried these items.. WITH ACCESS TO 2 UNITS!!!! I am shocked that someone with 10 years experience demands food and water tip and can be so rude. Super embarrassing for everyone involved. Nice job keeping movers stigmas alive guys. TRASH! Also changed the moving agreement last minute from 3 man crew to a 2 man crew.

Beware, this company is uninsured and when they do damage to your property, they say should have hired a company with insurance! They take zero accountability for damaging and transfer blame to you. They were late to arrive, one guy just tried to take a table apart for 1 hour and gave up. Also upcharged at the end. You are better going with a different company!

Eric and his team did a phenomenal job! We had a lot of stuff for a 20 ft truck and did not expect them to get as much stuff in as they got! They got all the essential stuff in the truck and made room for much more. Would definitely recommend their services!
