NYC Moving LLC

This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The two movers arrived completely unprepared and seemed to have no idea how to pack a UBox. They offered no assistance in wrapping or protecting our belongings - we had to handle all of that ourselves. As customers, we expect guidance and support from professionals, but instead, we were left to figure it out on our own. I have moved several times and always had movers who were knowledgable and took charge, as they are the experts. What should have been a 2.5-hour job dragged on for 8 hours because they inefficiently packed small items first, only to later claim they couldn’t fit our larger furniture. My fiancé had to step in, completely rework their packing, and direct them on how to make everything fit. On top of that, they were careless with our furniture, leaving us anxious about its condition upon arrival.They were very sweet guys, but clearly had no clue what they were doing.

Extraordinary packers of U-Boxes! I was worried that I would need a (3rd) U-Box, but they managed to fit in everything. You can certainly trust their work ethic, care and cleverness.

The guys were pretty strong but not professionals at all. Only one of them was able to speak in ENG. Communication was pretty rough. Theqy had issues getting the sofa out of the apt. They didn't know how to do it. They looked at us saying with their eyes, You cannot take the sofa! It was horrible! They broke one of the lamps from the hallway and they dragged the sofa all the way Long. (painful) They placed all our boxes outside on the Main street without supervision. All boxes and blankets were let around. What a mess! They dropped one of our fragile boxes on the floor. The result was some broken dishes! They wanted to finish fast, but cero quality , they didn’t care. They didn’t cover anything. But at least we packed everything pretty well with fragile stickers that they didn’t care either. Poor service, never again! I felt that we were not paying for a service! What a shame

These guys were fast, super friendly, and ready to work. I appreciated their patience in assisting me with an issue with the pickup for the containers. I highly recommend Tim and his team.

The main guy was very professional and communicative, but his helpers were unprofessional and unfortunately damaged a few things including severely damaging a wall.
