Scam Alert - Joseph asked to take a picture of my phone to get the payment code. He only needs the code verbally and does not need access to all the payment codes (unloading and loading). Also he was fake nice and then loaded the truck in a manner that damaged contents by leaving half an empty truck instead of smartly using both vertical and horizontal spacing. He did not listen to the customer at all per the company's advertising.

These guys are absolute rockstars & will treat you & your heavy, awkward household items with the utmost respect, placing all goods exactly where you'd like. They had to drive 2 hours just to get to our new location for the unload & I cannot say enough good about them. Outstanding service by this team! PSA - Take care of your loading - unloading crew as they are taking care of you & please feed them anything other than pizza. They do eat healthy to be able to lift your heavy household stuff! ;-)
