Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with this loading crew. We paid for 2 hours of packing assistance and 5 hours of loading help, but the job was completed in about 3 hours and was not done properly. One crew member refused to help with packing despite it being part of the service we purchased. The crew also arrived before we were ready and began moving items out of the house. Many belongings were placed outside while it was raining, causing some items to get wet. We provided more than 50 moving blankets, yet much of our furniture was not wrapped or adequately protected. After our move from Louisiana to Colorado, we found that many items had shifted during transit and several belongings were damaged. The unloading crew noted the load had not been secured properly. No ropes or straps were used, even though we offered to purchase them. Based on our experience, we would not use this crew again.

The movers worked hard and ultimately got the job done, but there were a few issues. We originally booked a morning move, but were later scheduled for the afternoon. After we called, the move was switched back to the morning, which created some confusion and left us feeling rushed. In addition, a few of our items received minor scratches during the move. Nothing was severely damaged, but we were disappointed to see some cosmetic damage. Overall, the move was completed successfully, but better communication about scheduling and more care with belongings would have improved the experience.
