I called the day prior to set up a time. They did not arrive at scheduled time. I called to follow up after they were 20 minutes late. 3 helpers were sent instead of 2 to make up for tardiness. They were an hour and a half later than scheduled. Helpers were high school boys with minimal experience moving or loading which made things a little difficult but they acted professional.

24 7 did not work without significant help from Dispatch and support.....also was told no pads available but D3 and dist Mgr got some...barely enough, but got them and saved our furniture. I tip cash.

These guys were GREAT! Isaiah called within moments of submitting my order. Thus I was able to make arrangements for the load of my UBoxes right away. We even had to change a couple of times because the U-Box delivery had to be changed (by U-Haul) a couple of times. They were just great! Hustled, and I was super impressed. HIGHEST recommendation!!
