Multiple things went wrong - 1) the movers refused to take my $2200 west elm couch out of my apartment - saying it wouldn't fit through the door. I had plenty of space in my storage unit to fit it. After he left, I had to last minute get someone on FB marketplace to buy my couch for super cheap before flying out that evening -- and guess what.. they were able to get the couch out the door WITHIN MINUTES. I lost money on the couch, lost precious time, and gained additional stress. Also, when my stuff arrived, multiple items were damaged and the packing blankets WERE IN BAGS and weren't even used to protect my stuff as promised!! DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE AT ALL!! They don't care about your belongings.
