confirmed two days earlier for 8am appointment for packing my move in Los Angeles. Night before says didn't finish job. Then said 11 to1. I had already made hotel reservations in Las Vegas, since I would drive out that night for my road trip to Philadelphia. Long story short. Guy 1 arrived at four-thirty (can't use colon is review...) with one of two Uboxes. Left to get the other one and didn't get back and start loading until six-thirty pm. Why the other guy arrives then, instead of starting at four-thirty. Lost my reservations. He hasn't paid my damages of $169. Didn't respond to my demand. Review must be by 22. Search 3rd party reviews for follow up. Maybe lawsuit or arbitration.

As I first time cross country mover, I wish I had chosen a more professional and communicative moving service. Everything was unloaded safely, but when running a moving business, that is not all that matters. I was charged an additional fee for stairs and was informed by MovingHelp after the move that that was ILLEGAL per their contract with UHaul. Additionally, important financial details were NOT discussed nor confirmed with me directly before completing the work, which is Contractual Business Etiquette 101. . . I would not recommend this service, unless grave changes are made to how business is conducted and how the owner interacts with clients.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Superior Movers when they packed my U-Haul Box. They carelessly tossed chairs and other items into the box without any support or consideration, leading to significant damage to several of my belongings. The night before the move, they texted twice to change the scheduled time, and despite these adjustments, they still arrived over an hour late. Their lack of professionalism and care was evident throughout the entire process, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and responsible movers.

Excellent communication to clarify issues and ensure everything was smooth the day of. I also loved how helpful Daniel and his colleague was for the day of to make it less stressful especially since we were overseas and our family was the ones on site for the day of.
