The workers were nice and my things got moved with no damage but the communication with this company was awful. I heard nothing from them so I called and left a message but never got a call back. It was the afternoon before the job the following day and I still hadnt heard any confirmation so I then had to call uhaul who fortunately was able to get a hold of them and finally they contacted to to schedule a time range for which they were an hour late to.
