Genuinely such an outstanding experience - Joe and Theodore did an excellent job! If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 then that's what they earned today. They arrived early, were professional, polite and efficient the entire day, and were eager to help as much as possible. I would absolutely recommend this team from HelpUsGo to any friends or family and I will be using them ONLY for any of my future moves in the Monterey Bay area.

They came on really short notice and made our move super easy. They were really great guys and listened to us and prioritize the things we needed and fit most of the things a U-box can fit. Thanks for the help once again. Definitely willing to meet and have another help from them.

Uhaul really messed up our move. we rented 2 uhaul boxes to move for different pickup dates. uhaul only shipped the first box and claimed we never requested to move the second box when their page showed that the movers at the destination were moving 2 boxes. uhaul shipped the second box but wanted to charge separately for the 2 boxes. the billing issue was fixed but the pickup date at the destination was not and this created more telephone discussions. The Help us go movers in San Francisco were great. they informed me about the status of the delivery of the 2 boxes and helped get the 2 boxes on the right day. they sent 5 guys to move all of the items. the guys were efficient and careful. we highly recommend Help us go movers.

Is moving stressful?? No is not, if you have Antonio as a great helper next to you. He is so polite, strong, and hard worker. Thank you Antonio for your great job
