Unfortunately even though this couple was nice my u box was loaded very unprofessionally. Im super disappointed that I had to pay for my bed to be dismantled 75dollars to now realize upon opening that it was only halfway taken apart. Because of this I had to leave my Ethan Allen mattress behind because the mover said it wouldnt fit. But it would have fit if he loaded the u box in an organized fashion and took the bed completely apart. Then I wound up paying an additional hour of work for him to reorganize the mess a bit just to fit in a couple more boxes. Upon opening my u box I saw a jumbled mess all my items tossed around from not being packed well inside. My bed frame is now broken im out a mattress and box spring the Additional hour of work I paid for because of their mistake and the 75 for a half disassembled bed frame. Very disappointed and sad all my lifes belongings were shipped this way. I had faith an trust in this business taking their word that they knew how

I booked their services through the U-Haul website, and within an hour, they confirmed via text message for a move scheduled for the following week. I contacted them the day before the move, and they promptly confirmed it. On the moving day, there was a minor issue with their car, and U-Haul didn't release the U-Box, causing a slight delay of about 30 minutes. This wasn't a problem for me, and they communicated the situation well in advance. Overall, I'd rate their communication as exceptional, 10 out of 5! One thing to note is that although you typically pay for 2 movers, this team consisted of a man and a woman, with the man doing most of the work. While they were quick and efficient, nearly all the labor was handled by one person. By the end of the move, he was understandably tired and became a bit rushed, resulting in less care with the furniture, which led to one piece breaking. I was able to fix it later, but it wasn't quite the same as before. Overall, I liked their services.

They arrived late and were very rude. The lady kept trying to justify being 1.5 hours late by blaming traffic which I feel is unacceptable given that weekend traffic between cities is a predictable occurrence. I think you need to do a better job of vetting your movers because I also had an issue in Philadelphia with professionalism of the movers

ValleyBay Movers did an amazing job picking up my UHaul in Hayward and delivering it to the Marina in SF. They unloaded in record time, and were overall wonderful, kind people. Highly recommend!
