The movers got everything packed in the small truck within the timeframe I hired them for. The guys were cool and didn't creep me out (you never know who is going to show up when you hire random people online!) They called the day before and set up the time and it all went smoothly. I'd hire them again.

Don’t. Just don’t. Entirely frustrated and unsatisfied. As lifelong military family , having moved around a lot. This was just sad. I’m exhausted from this experience.

I booked the help for 2 hours. Loading took 45 minutes. I asked them to help move furniture to help use a little more of the time and they refused. I have used a lot of moving help in the past and nobody has ever refused to move basic furniture and use up the time booked. I am generally I generous tipper, but in this case their free time was more than tip enough. Very disappointing and will definitely not book with them again.
