I requested dolly, handtruck, and tools for assemble a few furniture. But, person at the office did not tell the movers. So, the movers had difficulty moving some heavy stuff. Even extra money for assembling furniture even though I ordered enough time( 4 hours ). Thus, office manager( owner )and movers act differently. Movers were excellent. But, office manager was not.

His crew also great and they did awesome work. I ordered 4 UBoxes. He and his team did a great job and completed everything in 3 Uboxes. I recommend HelpUsGo for their great service.

Really solid experience! They were a bit later than originally scheduled due to traffic, but I was running late myself due to problems with the U-Haul so the timing worked out perfectly. They were very professional and efficient throughout the process. Would definitely use again if I lived in the area.

There was a bit of confusion in the morning as to where they were helping us but once they got there those guys moved! I was so impressed that a job i thought was going to take possibly more time than the 4 hours I originally scheduled was completed in 2 hours. They were friendly, communicated well, efficient, and just really hard working even though it was moving things into a 3 story townhouse. Highly recommend and will hire them again if we ever move.
