Supervisor communication and setup was flawless and highly professional. The 2 movers, Alfonso and Marco, were fantastic. I would hire them again without hesitation. I only regret not using them before. I will always hire moving help from here on out. It is cheaper than a Chiropractor for my aching back.

BEWARE, BEWARE - do not hire. WORST company I have ever used!!! They never contacted me about the reservation so I called them. Then they told me to text someone else. Then they told me they would contact me the day before the confirm a time. I had not heard from them by 5pm the day before so I had to call. Then there were two hours of delays the next day and I was on a tight timeline. Then they did not wrap my valuable furniture in moving blankets even though I asked several times and then they are so damaged I don't think I can use them because they did a poor job. I loved that set. Now I'M OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They also moved very slowly, which JACKED UP THE PRICE significantly. I have done this move before in 2-3 hours, and it took them 3x that. Lots of bad language throughout. One worker was RUDE and even took a long phone call that didn't sound urgent. I tried contacting the company and they ghosted me. I tried contacting UHaul with no luck. I'm not done fighting.
