I suggest a different company. I have used MovingHelp 3 times in the past year and this group was by far the worst. The actual movers were terrible. Damaged several pieces of furniture, damaged floors in several places, and were very very slow. However, it is not completely the movers fault. They were both very new and had zero equipment. I understand new staff is expected but pair new people with experienced ones that know what to do and provide them with equipment. Please for the sake of your property and belongings go with someone else.

There was a miscommunication with Joe about how many guys we'd be getting (we were told 4, and 2 showed up). He didn't check-in with me at all about my move, ignoring the last text I'd sent to him. When we asked him to look into adding the 2 additional guys, he said he'd try and never followed up. That said, Davon and Ronnie were awesome, very communicative and positive and we had a great experience with them.

Frank and Eric were a great team! Quick, friendly, professional, and careful with our things. Manager Joe handled communication great, too. Tip your movers off platform if you can ;) They get more of it and sooner.
