The movers themselves were great. They were very nice and efficient. These men were overworked and definitely needed help. They got the job done though. The company did not provide these men any information on the job. The movers had just come from another job and had no break. If I was told of short staffing or anything really. I would've been more understanding but I was very frustrated by the process with management. Movers themselves were amazing. Management is the worst. They did not stay the full time and I still had to pay for my full time. My boyfriend also had to help the movers move some stuff up the stairs as they have damaged or dropped a few things. I do not blame the movers as it was two jobs back to back for them just poor scheduling on management. I will be going to a different company.

For people showed up and worked in fast motion to load up the truck. They loaded up the whole truck in half an hour and were done. They were very polite and professional.

The workers themselves were good. They helped a lot and were very friendly. The company however wasn't the best at communicating with myself or with the workers. I was not able to communicate with the helpers directly, so it was difficult to figure out when exactly they were arriving. Next time I would like to just book with movers directly instead of going through another third party.
