Do not hesitate to use this company. I was able to move my move-in date a day sooner and this company accommodated the change for me with no issue. When it can time to pay, we were not able to activate the payment code and the actual move in date in the system was the next day. Tho I tried to get hold of someone for the office I was not able to pay this company same day in which I do apologize . We were able to activate the payment code on he original move in date with no issue. All this being said, please use this company if you get the opportunity.

We were blown away by the moving crew Home Control sent us. I suspected the service would be good due to the rating, but they exceeded our expectations. They were extremely fast and efficient, lifting items we didn’t think were possible! Beyond that, they were polite and very considerate, using extreme caution with our personal property. I would recommend and use this team in the future. I love that U-hauls makes it so easy to move, offering these types of moving services. My only complaint was that I didn’t hear from Home Control, so 24 hours in advance I called them just to align on expectations. No big deal as I suspect this is a high demand service.
