Hands On Movers

The movers were awesome. They loaded my 1 bedroom apartment in right about an hour and had the utmost professionalism. They even went out of their way to pick up the Uboxes at a different location that was originally scheduled. I recommend their service to anyone looking for help to move.

When I have used movers before through U-Haul they normally would call me the same day of the booking. I had to call them then text what time I wanted them to arrive. They were late but they did call to inform me of this. I didn’t care for the slow work they did which I had to pay extra for them to complete the job. I felt they were taking too many breaks and that’s why all of this was delayed. I was not completely satisfied with my service today. There were other issues but I will leave it alone.

Much better than the company that loaded the truck. They were on time, even when they thought it was the next day. They still came the day I needed them, which I'm very grateful for. I've had a LOT of issues in the past using moving help, but hands on movers were overall a pleasant experience. I would use them again, just hopefully next time they'll have some guys that are a little more experienced. The 2 young guys I had just wanted to carry everything, including some very heavy and awkward items instead of using the equipment I rented like the dolly and furniture cart. I just wished they would have done a little better job at putting things at least in the room the went in except just dumping most of it in the garage. Polite and friendly though which is a plus!
