The level of communication was outstanding. We had several phone calls and texts to make drop off and unload arrangements. The team of three was quick, friendly, and very careful with my items. So happy this service was available because U-Haul would not deliver my box to my new home. I did not know this before the shipping process, thank goodness Hands on Movers was an option and very reasonably priced.
