Hands On was hired to load my uhaul& did a terrible job causing everything to move shortly into my drive damaging MANY of my items. They loaded mattresses last in the middle of the truck rather than on a wall like it should be. As I unloaded, I saw a few boxes in the attic of the truck loaded upside down. The 2 kids that did my load couldn’t get off their phones the whole time - every time they walked back into the apt & when I would walk out &see them on the truck. Very unprofessional. I sent pictures in email of damage& got no response. I called to discuss the damage & they blamed my dad for not securing my items when that was the job they were hired for. They don’t seem to want you to speak to the lady who is allegedly the boss which seems extremely sketchy and as if this is not a true business. When I finally got her, she just sent me to talk to the 2 that did my job. I’d NEVER recommend them - completely clueless about proper loading& have no professionalism or accountability.

Riqq and Shad were able to help me with my move. They stayed in communication with me the whole time and were able to complete the job in the time alotted. Definitely recommend using this company for your moving needs.

Our movers were fantastic! They disassembled and reassembled my bed, they took care of my couch, and they made the whole day stress free. Would highly recommend these movers again based on their professionalism, work ethic, and care for my belongings.

They loaded my belongings and used the space very efficiently. Was able to get a compact 1b1b into one single Ubox. Also treated my belongings carefully that all my fragile items arrived safe.

Taye and Riq responded to our request for moving help within minutes of a very last minute call for help. They made a 2 hour drive the very next morning and turned our chaotic move into a much calmer experience for us and we greatly appreciate them! They were professional, kind, courteous and extremely hard working. Their goal was to provide a careful and professional move for us, putting us at great ease.
