Seemed to be inexperienced. I saw them drop a fragile box and they told me that they didn't. Upon opening the box, I saw that items were broken.

They were absolutely THE GOAT!! they kept a positive attitude and spirit the whole time, being careful and asking questions along the way to make sure everything was managed properly. They worked their magic playing Tetris on our 26 footer, making sure everything fit and was securely squared away.
