Hands On Movers

I recently hired two movers from U-haul's partnership with Hands On Movers in Atlanta to assist with unloading two U-boxes. They exceeded all expectations! From start to finish they were professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked swiftly without cutting corners. Their positive attitudes and willingness to go the extra mile made the moving process so much smoother and less stressful. If you are looking for reliable, friendly, and professional movers, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely hire them again for any future moves!

2 young men, arrived late, smelled like they had just smoked pot on the way to the job. Inexperienced, I had to help them load a 10x20 onto a 26' truck. They did not know how to load to the truck ceiling effectively and they were slow, lazy.

Extremely Disappointed Avoid Hands on Movers We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Hands on Movers. During the unloading process, several pieces of the furniture were damaged. The movers were careless, and it was obvious that they didn’t handle the belongings with the proper care. To make matters worse, when we reached out to the company to inquire about how to file a claim for the damages, they completely failed to provide any useful information or support. We were left completely in the dark and had to chase them down just to get a response. It’s extremely disappointing when a company fails to take responsibility for their mistakes and doesn’t stand by the quality of service they advertise. We would not recommend Hands on Movers to anyone. There are plenty of other moving companies out there who actually care about the safety of your belongings and provide decent customer service.
