Movers did not complete job on morning of 13th stating they were ‘busy’, they said they would bring extra guys and ensure I was loaded up since they weren’t able to complete service at time-date requested; they showed up on 14 with no extra help and they left before 120 minutes were up from when they started helping. Was told could hire them for an entire day to get everything done as the job was not done. I asked to pay them to stay and was told ‘naw you’re going to kill me’ referring to it was too much work. If moving is too much work then why are they working for this company and why did they ‘talk’ a good game but then leave me hanging? I paid them and gave a 20 percent tip in cash. Then I noticed a bunch of my stuff was BROKEN-RUINED in the uhaul from them!!!! Extremely upset!!! Very expensive items now ruined that I’m hauling to a new house. Will never go thru this service again and will be sharing my experience with everyone I know!

I was initially thinking with the competitive pricing of this team that I may not receive excellent service. I was wrong. The team kept me updated on arrival, etc. I had three very heavy items going up a difficult staircase and these three guys did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
