Best Movers

I’d hired them once before and it was not a positive experience. I ended up needing movers again at the last min to load the same storage unit back In to a uhaul and this same company was the one available at a last min scheduling, I was hesitant but was pretty much out of options. I confirmed the arrival time 3 separate times the night before the morning comes I’m calling to find out where they are because they didn’t bother to reach out to me, they ended up being an hour late, and not a single apology same rude attitude. About 20 mins in I notice two children no older than 10, almost certain the daughter was autistic (not that I’m being negative against that) not only playing around all of my belongings but now also being involved and loading things on to truck. Was absolutely not ok for them to be a part of any handling of my things, especially not heavy items or the constant jumping off the back of the uhaul constantly. whole thing was just horrible. If I could type more I would!

My first complaint is when Heather contacted me and said that they needed to book an additional hour for the move. I argued saying there wasn't that much items meeting to be moved, but she said since I was moving from one zone to a second zone I had to pay a minimum of four hours fine because I had no other choice. Heather and a man showed up at my house and started moving things. The man was clearly upset and when they went outside, I heard him yelling at her. They came back inside and went to Move again and when they went back outside he was screaming at her and cursing at her in my apartment parking lot , one of my friends went outside and asked him if there was a problem and he told them they needed to keep their voices down. We then went to the second location. Looks like they were dragging out the time.
