Move Easy

Derrick reached out within 24 hours of move and was very nice. They were on time and worked very efficiently. They had everything loaded in 26 foot truck in an hour. It was an 8 hour drive after they loaded the truck and everything was secure and didn’t move on the drive. I would recommend them and would use them again. The only negative was I was initially unable to reach them on the phone but I was able to email and Derrick called me the next day to confirm information.

The plus. Derrick and his assistants were friendly. The negative. Did not initiate contact, showed up late which again required me to call them, one of the movers smelled horribly of marijuana, front of truck was packed nicely while the back appeared to be shoved into a heap, could not pack a 2 bedroom apartment into a 20 ft Uhaul leaving me with 4 trips in my SUV on my own. Due to the way my things were thrown in the back of the truck, I had several damaged items including my $650 dinette set that I bought one year ago, despite having the entire table top wrapped in large bubble wrap. A few boxes were crushed or had holes breaking items inside. All items were packed with bubble wrap or air pillows so this should never have happened. I filed a claim simply over the dinette set, had numerous photos to provide, and heard NOTHING back from anyone. Unfortunately I will not use them again after the unexpected damage and lack of resolution when they claim to have insurance.

The gentlemen that loaded our U-Haul were professional and communicated well with us. We needed to load at two locations and it wasn’t an issue for them at all. They worked well together and got the job done!

Great job! Professional, worked hard and got everything loaded within the 2 hour window. Elevator stopped working half way through and they didn’t miss a beat using the stairs. Highly recommend!
